We stayed for 1 night and appreciated the room, which was tastefully decorated and modern. Besides, the location was comfortable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of an established museum. The area was secure very close to Old Town, supermarket and food and many venues and a nice quiet neighbourhood.

The last time we stayed here, we had a modern and clean room in good shape, and the entire place was fairly clean.

Great location with easy access to State Govt. Buildings across the river (once road construction is finished).
The only negative I could find was that the bathrooms are so small that is is like a cubicle in a public rest room.

It was nice. Nice to have a microwave, refrigerator.
The room still smelled a little like someone smokes there, eventhough it was a nonsmoking room. I wonder if maybe putting a air freshner might help. Just a suggestion.

I thought the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She offered directions and was happy to help in any way. The room was pretty clean with the exception of the bathroom walls and shower curtain - both were "clean" but looked like they needed a good bleaching. Liked the little table and seperate toilet/shower from the sink. That made it easier for us all to get ready at the same time.
The hotel it's self was fine. I would stay again. Just a bit noisy due to the layout. Because of the layout of the hotel it was very loud during the night. Not that it's the hotels fault (other than doing nothing about it for courtesy of the guests) but there were so very very loud teenager/young people that spent most of the night (from about 2:30 am - 4 am) running up and down the "hallways', screaming in Mexican to people on the street, people down the hall, to their mother who was in her room. It was horrible and due to it I almost no sleep at all. Additionally, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and sofa but when I got there all she had was Kings w/ no sofa and told me they no longer had non-smoking queen rooms. Not sure what's up with that? But my daughter had to sleep on the floor because of it.

This place was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, close to Old Town, a supermarket, and plenty of food options. The value for money was jaw-dropping, especially compared to other chains. The room was impeccably clean and recently refurbished. The mini fridge and microwave were a game-changer, perfect for storing our little one's food and our ice cream. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. Despite being a busy property, it was surprisingly quiet during the late hours. The bed was ultra comfortable, and we felt safe and at ease throughout our stay. Don't expect eggs or a lavish breakfast, but overall, this place ticked all the boxes for us.

Just a cheap place, a stopover from airport overnight on way to Reno.
Bed mattress was terrible. Bathroom was very, very small. This is an old motel without upgrades. Needs to be remodeled desperately, but was cheap.

Cheap. Pretty good value, but not much more than a mostly-clean room.
